Preparation :
Heat the oil in a frying pan. Brown the cutlets until golden brown.
Remove the chicken, add the onion to the pan and fry until soft.
Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
Add the mustard and cream, mix well to obtain a creamy sauce.
Return the cutlets to the sauce and simmer for a few minutes.
Serve with pasta and garnish with fresh thyme.
