🔪 Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

2. Cook the Beef Filling

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles, until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in the taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

3. Assemble the Taco Pockets

  • Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

  • Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.

  • Top with a sprinkle of cheese, a little salsa, and any optional add-ins (bell peppers, olives, green onions).

4. Fold & Seal

  • Gently roll each crescent from the wide end toward the tip, enclosing the filling.

  • Pinch the edges lightly to seal and place them on the baking sheet.

5. Bake to Golden Perfection

Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and crispy.
