Easy Homemade pizza Sauce – Fresh tomatoes
Wash and dice the tomatoes.
In a pan, add oil, saute garlic until fragrant. Add tomatoes, sugar, salt and oregano. Let it cook till a little soften.
Take out from heat and let it cool for few minutes. Pour in a blender till a little chunks left or creamy. It depends on what consistency you want.
Then ready to pour into your pizza dough. Or store in fridge up to 1 week only. Or freeze it up to 3 months
