- Jeans : the process is the same as for cotton but if there is a particularly resistant stain you can add denatured alcohol.
- Silk : this fabric is very delicate and for this reason you can tend to take it to the dry cleaners or you can try it at home being very careful. If the choice falls on the second option you can use hairspray with a toothbrush . Just make circular movements with the toothbrush wet with hairspray. If the stain is gone you can proceed with washing.
- For dry nail polish stains you can instead use hydrogen peroxide . Be careful though because it could have a lightening effect and you could damage your clothes so it’s better to test it on an inconspicuous area.
