It has been less than a year since CMT reportedly pulled Jason Aldean’s “Try That In A Small Town” from its airwaves amid the controversy surrounding the song and video that accompanied it.
The song, which has also been called “pro-lynching” and racist, was removed by CMT from its rotation shortly after its release, and the network never said much about that.because he is now slated to perform on the upcoming CMT Music Awards.
