Mix the ingredients: Add the heavy cream, sugar and vanilla to the melted chocolate and mix well until you get a smooth and creamy mixture.
Assemble the dessert: Divide the mousse into individual pots or in a single dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Decorate and serve: Before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings, fresh fruit or nuts.
