Instructions :
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Add cream cheese: Place the whipped cream cheese right in the center of a 13×9-inch baking dish.
3. Layer it up: Scatter the uncooked pasta all around the cream cheese. Sprinkle in half of the shredded cheddar and add the chopped broccoli.
4. Season: Sprinkle with your seasoning salt (or regular salt and pepper) and drizzle olive oil evenly across the whole dish.
5. Add broth: Pour the chicken broth over everything, making sure the pasta is just covered.
6. Cover and bake: Seal the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
7. Stir and bake again: Remove the foil, stir everything well, re-cover, and return to the oven for another 30 minutes.
8. Make it creamy: Take off the foil. Stir in the remaining cheddar and pour in the heavy cream. Mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
9. Rest and serve: Let the bake sit for 5 minutes before serving up cheesy, broccoli-packed goodness!
