Cut the aluminum foil to the size and length of your teeth. Add some of your mixture into the foil and fold it. Wrap the foil around your teeth. Leave it on for two minutes, then rinse your mouth with water. Brush your teeth with the remaining mixture, then rinse with water. Apply it twice a week at most.
