Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions:
Make the dough: In a small bowl, whisk together the yeast, sugar, and warm milk. Let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt, then add the yeast mixture and butter. Knead for 5 minutes until smooth. Let the dough sit for 60 to 90 minutes until doubled in size.
Make the garlic butter: Mix together the softened butter, garlic, and parsley in a small bowl to make the garlic butter mixture.
Roll the dough: Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle. Spread half of the garlic butter mixture over the dough, sprinkle with mozzarella, oregano, and chili flakes, then fold the dough in half. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Bake the garlic bread: Heat a skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes. Place the dough in the pan, cover and cook for 15 to 25 minutes, rotating the pan occasionally.
Finishing: Once cooked, brush with the remaining garlic butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds and cut into slices.
