Mash two bananas well with a fork until they form a puree and place in a bowl. Set the other two bananas aside for the topping.
Add the egg and milk to the mashed banana and mix well.
Add the oats, baking powder, pinch of salt, and cinnamon, and mix everything together.
Stir in the chopped walnuts and mix again.
Grease 4 mugs with a little oil and pour the batter into them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
Once baked, remove the cakes from the mugs.
For the topping, place the remaining two bananas and unsweetened cocoa in a blender and blend until smooth.
Top the mug cakes with the cocoa-banana topping and fresh strawberries for a delicious and refreshing finish.
Tips:
Sweetness Adjustments: If you want a sweeter flavor, you can add a small amount of your preferred sugar substitute or more ripe bananas.
Nut Alternatives: If walnuts aren’t to your taste, feel free to use almonds or any nuts of your choice.
Topping: You can drizzle the cocoa topping on top or mix it directly into the batter for a chocolate flavor throughout.
