Step 1: Preparing the Stuffing
In a large bowl, add the tomato stuffing, diced chicken, chopped garlic, chopped shallots, eggs, whiskey, thyme, parsley, and pepper.
Tip: Do not add salt immediately. The stuffing is often already seasoned; taste as needed to adjust.
Step 2: Mixing the Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients thoroughly by hand. Lightly dampen your hands to prevent the mixture from sticking.
Important: Mix until you obtain a homogeneous texture where all the ingredients are well distributed.
Step 3: Putting in a Terrine
Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan-assisted oven is best for even cooking).
Lightly oil a terrine or pâté mold to prevent the mixture from sticking.
Pour the mixture into the terrine, press down well with the back of a spoon to remove air bubbles and obtain a smooth surface.
