Ingredients:
°1 uncooked pie shell
°3 large eggs
°1/2 cup sugar
°1/2 teaspoon of salt
°1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
°2-2/3 cups of milk
°1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly beat your eggs, then add the sugar, salt, nutmeg and milk. Beat well and pour into the uncooked pie shell. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Take out of oven & let cool down. Sprinkle the top of the pie with freshly ground nutmeg and serve.
