- Shape and Store:
- Place a sheet of plastic wrap on a flat surface.
- Spoon the onion butter mixture onto the plastic wrap and shape it into a log or any desired shape.
- Roll the plastic wrap around the butter, twisting the ends to secure it.
- Refrigerate the onion butter for at least 1-2 hours or until firm.
- Serve:
- Once the onion butter is firm, unwrap it and slice into rounds or chunks.
- Use the onion butter on bread, rolls, grilled meats, vegetables, or any dish where a burst of savory flavor is desired.
