Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and sugar until well combined.
Add the sunflower oil, vanilla extract and orange zest, mixing until smooth.
Gradually sift in the flour and baking powder. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Using a spoon or your hands, form the dough into small balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
