Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and lightly grease a large baking sheet.
Place the cut potatoes and olive oil in a large zip-close bag. Shake well to coat the potatoes evenly.
Add bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, salt, and Parmesan cheese to the bag. Shake again to coat the potatoes thoroughly.
Spread the coated potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring at least once halfway through.
Potatoes are done when they’re golden brown and crispy on the outside, soft on the inside.
Serve hot and enjoy!
