3. Stir in the crushed biscuits and vanilla essence, ensuring everything is well combined.
4. Using a 15ml measuring spoon, scoop out portions of the mixture, place each portion in your hand, and roll into balls. Immediately roll the balls in desiccated coconut.
5. Repeat this process until all the mixture is finished. Store the date balls in an airtight container.
