Fill a bowl with hot water (40-50°C).
Soak the tip of the pen for 5 minutes.
Remove, dry with a napkin, and try writing. This method softens dried ink.

Place a drop of light oil on the tip of the pen.
Leave it on for 1-2 minutes.
Wipe off any excess oil before using the pen.

Draw lines on a napkin several times with the tip of the pen.
Friction removes residue or dried ink, improving writing.
