- Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Prepare the Cheese and Pepperoni:
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed. - Form the Crisps:
Place small mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1-2 inches apart. Press a slice of pepperoni into the center of each mound. - Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 6-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly golden. - Cool and Serve:
Remove from the oven and allow the crisps to cool on the baking sheet for a minute or two before transferring them to a serving plate. Enjoy your crunchy pepperoni and cheese crisps!
