Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots Recipe
Ingredients:
2 lbs carrots, cut into 3-inch pieces
8 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
In an oven-safe skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add honey and garlic, whisking until combined.
Toss the carrots in the honey garlic mixture, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until carrots are fork-tender.
