Preheat oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Sauté vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. 1 Add onions and green peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.
Cook steak: Add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Cook, breaking apart the steak with two forks to prevent clumping, until no longer pink.
Assemble sliders: Slice sweet rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves on a baking sheet. Spread the steak mixture evenly over the bottom halves. Top with provolone cheese slices and then the top halves of the buns.
Make butter mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, dried thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
Brush and bake: Brush the tops of the sliders generously with the butter mixture. Bake in the preheated oven for 17-20 minutes, or until the tops of the buns are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Serve: Remove from the oven and enjoy!
