Procedure:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, melted butter, and egg. Stir until the mixture is smooth and thoroughly blended.
Transfer this mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking pan, pressing it down evenly to form the base layer. Set aside.
In a separate large bowl, whisk the softened cream cheese until it achieves a creamy texture. Incorporate the whipped eggs, blending well. Gradually add the powdered sugar, continuing to whisk until the mixture is smooth.
Carefully pour this mixture over the prepared crust in the baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, ensuring it’s cooked through but not overbaked.
Once done, remove from the oven and allow the dessert to cool fully. This will make it easier to cut into bars without them falling apart.
