Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a standard bundt pan.
In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 28–32 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes while you prepare the syrup.

Prepare the Syrup
In a bowl, mix powdered sugar and pineapple juice into the hot melted butter.
Whisk until smooth.
Soak and Serve

While the cake is still in the pan, poke holes all over the top using a fork or skewer.
Pour about ¾ of the syrup over the cake and let it soak in for 15 minutes.
Carefully invert the cake onto a serving plate and drizzle the remaining syrup over the top.
