Step by step recipe:
Pour flour into a deep bowl, add salt and pour in water. Knead the dough with your hands, leave it to rest for 10 minutes.
Now transfer the dough to the work surface and divide it into 16 approximately equal parts. Pour melted butter into a deep container and carefully transfer all the dough into it. Cover with film and leave aside for an hour.

Meanwhile, heat up the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Finely chop the green onion, fry it until soft and put it in a separate bowl. Chop the boiled eggs here, add salt and pepper, mix.
Return the dough to the work surface. Roll each slice into a thin layer, place the filling on it and carefully roll it up, as in the photo below.
We send all the preparations into the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
The filling here can be different. Try, for example, using minced meat and mushrooms.
