1. Prepare the Potatoes:

- Boil and Mash:
- Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and mash the potatoes until smooth. Let the mashed potatoes cool slightly.
- Mix with Eggs:
- Beat the eggs and mix them into the mashed potatoes. Season with salt, black pepper, and dried garlic. Set aside.
2. Prepare the Meat Filling:
- Cook the Onion:
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped onion and sautΓ© until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Brown the Beef:
- Add the ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Add Mushrooms and Garlic:
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the beef mixture and cook until tender and liquid has evaporated, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.

- Layer the Pie:

- Add the meat filling on top of the potatoes, spreading it out evenly.
- Cover the meat filling with the remaining mashed potatoes, spreading it evenly.
- Add the Cheese:
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top layer of potatoes.
