To effectively clean plinths, use special latex paint cleaners. But as they are expensive, you can try white vinegar, which is a very versatile household product for cleaning walls and plinths.
To do this, prepare a solution of water and vinegar. Mix well and pour it into a sprayer. If you want, add a few drops of dish soap. Then shake gently to mix again.
When the cleaning solution is ready, spray it on the dirty and stained plinths. Leave it to stand for a few minutes before wiping it with a clean cloth. The result: catches as new for only a few euros.
