Extra powdered milk for sprinkling over the balls once they’re ready
Instructions:
First, in a pan over low heat, lightly toast the cornstarch, stirring constantly, until it reaches 194 °F (90 °C).
Then, transfer the toasted cornstarch to a bowl and mix it with the powdered milk.
Next, gradually add the condensed milk, mixing until you achieve a smooth and pliable dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little more condensed milk. Conversely, if it’s too soft, add more cornstarch.
After that, shape small balls of about 10 g each and roll them in the toasted cornstarch. Place them in a glass dish.
Finally, bake the balls in a preheated oven at 356 °F (180 °C) for approximately 10 minutes.
To finish, if you like, sprinkle powdered milk over the cookies before serving. Enjoy.
