Instructions:

  1. Mix the Ingredients:

    • Add the warm water or milk to the cup and continue stirring until the mixture is fully dissolved.
  2. Add Optional Ingredients:
    • If using, add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice for an extra detox boost. The acidity in lemon juice works well with turmeric to cleanse the intestines and aid digestion.
  3. Drink the Mixture:
