DIY Rice Facelift Mask Recipe

- ½ cup of uncooked rice (preferably organic)
- 1 cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions:
- Cook the Rice:
- Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water.
- Boil the rice in water until it becomes soft.
- Strain, reserving the water for later use (this is your rice water).
- Prepare the Mask:
- Once the rice is cooked and strained, mix it with milk and honey in a bowl.
- Mash the mixture until it forms a paste. For a smoother consistency, you can blend it in a food processor or blender.
- Application:
- Clean your face thoroughly with your regular cleanser to remove any makeup or impurities.
- Apply the rice paste evenly over your face, avoiding the eye area.
- Let the mask sit on your skin for about 20-30 minutes.
- Rinse Off:
- Wash the mask off with warm water, massaging your face gently in circular motions to exfoliate any dead skin cells.
- For an extra tightening effect, rinse your face finally with the cold rice water you reserved earlier. This helps tone and firm the skin.
- Moisturize:
- After drying your face gently with a towel, apply your favorite moisturizer to hydrate the skin and lock in the benefits of the mask.
