Easy Pumpkin Juice Recipes
1. Simple Pumpkin Juice
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh pumpkin (peeled and diced)
1 cup water or coconut water
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
A pinch of cinnamon (optional)
A splash of fresh lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
Peel and dice the pumpkin.
Blend with water or coconut water until smooth.
Add honey, cinnamon, or lemon juice to taste.
Strain if you prefer a smoother texture.
Serve chilled and enjoy!
2. Pumpkin, Apple & Carrot Juice
Ingredients:
1 cup pumpkin (peeled and diced)
2 apples (peeled and cored)
2 carrots (peeled)
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1–2 tsp honey (optional)
Water as needed
Instructions:
Chop all ingredients into small pieces.
Blend with lemon juice and water until smooth.
Add honey to sweeten if desired.
Strain for a smoother juice.
Serve chilled or over ice.
