Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
Serve the chicken with the sauce spooned over the top, and enjoy!
Variations & Tips
For a bit of heat, add a teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes to the honey garlic mixture. You can also substitute chicken thighs for the breasts if you prefer a richer flavor. For a more robust sauce, consider adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar or a splash of Worcestershire sauce. If you have fresh herbs on hand, a sprinkle of chopped parsley or cilantro just before serving can add a lovely touch of color and freshness.
