Ingredients
1 pound of large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 cup of chicken broth
8 ounces of pasta (such as spaghetti or linguine)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place the shrimp and minced garlic in the slow cooker.
Pour the chicken broth over the shrimp and garlic, ensuring they are well-coated.
Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until the shrimp are cooked through and tender.
About 20 minutes before the shrimp are done, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
Drain the pasta and add it to the slow cooker, stirring to combine with the shrimp and garlic sauce.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
