1 tablespoon of mint toothpaste
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
120 ml of lukewarm water
5 to 10 drops of peppermint essential oil (optional but recommended)
Small flat containers (jar lids, saucers, etc.)
In a small bowl, mix the toothpaste and baking soda until you get a smooth paste. Slowly pour in the vinegar: does it foam? That’s normal! Then add the warm water, stirring well. For an even more powerful boost, add a few drops of peppermint essential oil.
Pour this mixture into your small containers, then place them in strategic locations: behind trash cans, near sinks, windows or in dark corners .
And after an hour, what happens?
It’s almost instantaneous : within the first hour, you’ll notice a difference. The minty scent gently diffuses into the air, creating an unwelcoming environment for pests. Flies and mosquitoes naturally move away, while cockroaches—very sensitive to the vinegar-baking soda mixture—leave the area.
A small gesture, a big effect: here is a simple, economical and respectful solution for your home to regain serenity.

Nature has everything planned, sometimes a few simple actions are enough to restore harmony at home.
