Prepare the batter:
Mix the quark, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl until well combined.
Add the starch and baking powder and mix until a smooth batter forms.
Fry the pancakes:

Fry the pancakes until golden brown:
Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Serve:
Dust the finished pancakes with powdered sugar, garnish with fresh fruit, and drizzle with maple syrup or honey.
