Ingredients:
1 whole avocado (firm and green)
Instructions:
- Place the avocado directly over a medium-low flame on a gas stove for a few minutes to heat it up. (Note: Be careful, as this method is unconventional and could cause the avocado skin to burn or burst if overheated.)
- Once warmed, carefully cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.
- Squeeze or press the heated avocado over a cup to extract the oil. Be careful, as the avocado might be hot.
- Pour any extracted oil into a glass and let it cool.
Note: This method might not yield much oil, and traditional methods for extracting avocado oil are typically more effective and safer.
Enjoy!
