Baking soda
Baking soda is one of the best home remedies to remove tartar from your teeth.
You will need to make a mixture of two parts baking soda to one part salt, mixing everything well with a little water.
Dip the toothbrush in the mixture and rub it over the areas where tartar has accumulated.
It is very important to remember that you must rinse your mouth thoroughly afterwards, preferably with a dental irrigator, as there should be no trace of baking soda left, since coming into contact with the client can damage the enamel.
Lemon juice
Lemon has fantastic bactericidal properties, so in this case, mix the juice of half a lemon with about 150 ml of water and use it to rinse your mouth as if it were a mouthwash.
In the case of lemon, it can also damage teeth because it is an acid, so you should rinse your mouth thoroughly after using it.
Hydrogen peroxide
We prepare a mixture with about 100 ml of water and 30 ml of hydrogen peroxide and rinse them with it, thus disinfecting and eliminating tartar.
Remember to rinse your mouth well once you’re done.
