The benefits of rice kvass
After 2-3 weeks of regular consumption of rice kvass, significant changes will be noticeable.

The recipe for making rice kvass
To prepare the drink, we recommend using round rice, first boiling it in water or soaking it for a day.

2) Add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 5 dark raisins. Stir.
3) Soak for 4 days. Then strain and store the strained drink in the refrigerator.
4) In the remaining part (sediment), add 1 liter of water, 3 tablespoons of rice, one liter of water and 4 more raisins. Soak for 4 days, strain.
5) For the next portion, add 2 tablespoons of rice, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 3 raisins.
As you can see, kvass is reusable.
The second time, the kvass will have a more intense taste.
For further preparation, you need to discard half of the mixture and add a few spoons of rice and sugar with raisins.
One course of treatment lasts up to 5 weeks, taking half a glass three times a day after meals.
During this time, you will not only correct the health of the musculoskeletal system, but also cleanse your entire organism.
