5 potatoes, peeled and diced
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
A bunch of parsley, chopped
Directions:
To Make the Potatoes with Garlic Sauce:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove the roasted potatoes from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle the garlic butter sauce over the potatoes and toss to coat.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
