Roses should be kept constantly moist, but not waterlogged. A good rule of thumb is to water deeply once a week, or more often during hot weather. Be sure to keep an eye on soil moisture and adjust watering accordingly. Water the roses in the morning, this way the leaves will have time to dry before evening and prevents diseases.
