Mix the Sauce: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, sour cream, frozen peas, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
Prepare Baking Dish: Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Layer the Mixture: Pour the chicken and sauce mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Top with Tater Tots: Arrange the frozen tater tots on top of the chicken mixture in a single layer.
Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
Add Cheese: Remove from the oven, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
