- Preheating:
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
- Mixing the ingredients:
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and olive oil.
- Add the flour and baking powder, then mix until you get a smooth dough.
- Stir in the ham, olives, cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and herbes de Provence if desired.

- Mold preparation:
- Pour the mixture into a cake tin that has been previously buttered or lined with baking paper.
- Cooking :
- Bake for about 45 minutes , or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cooling:
- Let cool for a few minutes in the mold, then turn out and let cool completely on a wire rack.
- Service :
- Serve warm or at room temperature, cut into slices.
Trick
You can vary the ingredients by adding sundried tomatoes, nuts or other types of cheese to personalize your cake.
