Bay leaves: Known for their anti-inflammatory properties, they support circulation and joint health.
Sunflower oil: A light, absorbent oil that nourishes the skin and helps carry the active ingredients deep into tissue.
Sea salt: Gently exfoliates and stimulates blood flow.
Iodine: Traditionally used for bone and joint applications to reduce swelling and promote balance.
How to Prepare the Remedy:
Step 1 – Infuse the Oil
Crush the bay leaves lightly and place them in a small glass jar. Pour the sunflower oil over them, seal the jar, and let it sit in a warm place for 7 days. Shake gently once a day to release the active properties.
Step 2 – Add the Extras
After 7 days, strain out the bay leaves. Mix in 1 tablespoon of sea salt and 1 tablespoon of iodine. Stir well.
Step 3 – Apply
Rub the mixture gently on the bump or affected area every evening before bed. Massage for a few minutes, then cover the foot with a soft cloth or sock to let the remedy absorb overnight.
Helpful Tips:
Use daily for at least 2–3 weeks for best results.
Keep your feet warm and wear supportive footwear during the day.
Stay consistent – gentle remedies need time but can be surprisingly effective.
Note: This remedy is not a cure for advanced bone conditions, but it may support comfort and reduce visible swelling. Always consult your doctor for persistent foot pain or deformity.
