Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan oven).
Prepare the feta and tomatoes: Put the feta cheese in a baking dish and spread the cherry tomatoes around it. Drizzle the olive oil over it and season with oregano, paprika, salt and pepper.
Bake: Put the baking dish in the oven for about 25 minutes until the feta is soft and the tomatoes burst slightly.
Cook the pasta: In the meantime, cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
Fry the garlic: Heat some olive oil in a pan and fry the garlic briefly until it smells fragrant.
Mix the feta and tomato sauce: Take the casserole dish out of the oven and mash the feta and tomatoes with a fork to make a creamy sauce. Mix in the garlic.
Stir in the pasta: Put the finished pasta directly into the casserole dish and mix everything well.
Serve: Serve the pasta with fresh basil and optionally grated Parmesan.
Done! A simple and quick dish that can be prepared in just a few steps and tastes super delicious.
