Instructions:

1. Prepare the Seafood:

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  • In a large bowl, toss the shrimp, lobster tails, crab legs, and mussels with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

  • Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.

  • Grill the lobster tails (shell-side down) for 4–5 minutes, until the flesh is firm and opaque.

  • Warm the crab legs on the grill for 2–3 minutes until heated through.

  • Grill the mussels for 3–4 minutes, until they open (discard any that remain closed).

2. Make the Golden Butter Sauce:

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, thyme or rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes, then remove from heat.

  • Generously drizzle the warm golden butter sauce over the seafood.

  • Garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges for a vibrant presentation.
