6 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 pound ground beef
1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained ( अनुमानित )
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Equipment:

Large serving bowl (preferably glass to show the layers)
Skillet (for cooking ground beef)
Spoon or spatula for layering
Instructions:

Traditional Seven-Layer Taco Salad:

Cook the Ground Beef: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in the taco seasoning and cook according to the package directions, usually with a little water. Set aside to cool slightly.
Layer the Salad: In a large glass bowl or trifle dish, layer the ingredients in the following order:
Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom.
Top with the seasoned ground beef.
Spread the guacamole evenly over the beef.
Spread the sour cream evenly over the guacamole.
Add the shredded lettuce.
Sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the lettuce.
Top with the shredded cheese.
If using, sprinkle sliced black olives and chopped red onion over the cheese.
Salsa can be served on the side or layered after the tomatoes.
Chill (Optional): You can chill the salad for about 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, but it’s best served soon after assembling to maintain the crispness of the lettuce and chips.
Serve: Serve the salad with tortilla chips on the side for scooping.
