Instructions:
Prepare the filling: Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Assemble the dumplings:
Moisten the edge of a wonton wrapper with water.
Place 1 teaspoon of shrimp mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Fold the wrapper in half to create a half-moon shape, pressing the edges to seal.
Place the dumpling in the steamer basket, making sure they don’t touch.
Steam the dumplings: Steam for 10 minutes, or until the wrappers are translucent and the filling is cooked through.
Serve: Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
