- Prepare the Beef:
- Place the sliced beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- Mix the Sauce:
- In a bowl, combine the beef broth, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and chili flakes (if using). Stir well to mix.
- Pour this mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Add Green Onions:
- Add the white parts of the chopped green onions to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6β8 hours or high for 3β4 hours, until the beef is tender.
- Add Vegetables:
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the sliced carrots and red bell pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
- Cook the Ramen Noodles:
- About 10 minutes before serving, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions (usually 3β4 minutes in boiling water). Drain the noodles.
- Combine and Serve:
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the slow cooker, mixing them with the beef and vegetables.
- Serve the beef ramen in bowls, garnishing with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro or parsley, and the green parts of the chopped green onions.
