Prepare the Carrots:

Coat the Carrots:

Cover and cook on low heat for 3 to 4 hours, or until the carrots are tender and infused with the glaze.
Add Vanilla:
Stir in the vanilla extract just before serving to enhance the flavor.
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley for a pop of color and freshness. Serve warm directly from the slow cooker for best taste.
