Instructions:

  1. Place the chicken breasts, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, shredded cheddar cheese, and garlic powder in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 7-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreddable.
  3. Once cooked, shred the chicken and return it to the slow cooker, mixing it with the creamy mixture.
  4. Toast the hoagie rolls.
  5. Scoop the chicken mixture onto the toasted hoagie rolls.
  6. Top each sandwich with a slice of cheddar cheese and some crumbled bacon.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
