Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked brisket and beer cheese dip until well mixed.
Prepare the Dough
Roll out each biscuit on a lightly floured surface.
Fill and Shape
Place a spoonful of the brisket and cheese mixture in the center of each piece of dough.
Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the seams to seal and form a ball.
Prepare the Baking Soda Bath
In a separate bowl, mix the baking soda into the warm water until dissolved.
Dip the Pretzel Bombs
Dip each dough ball into the baking soda solution briefly, then place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Top with Salt
Sprinkle coarse salt over the tops of each dough ball.
Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
Finish
Remove from the oven and brush each pretzel bomb with melted butter.
Serve warm and enjoy the combination of smoky brisket, melty beer cheese, and soft pretzel perfection!
