    • 2 cups of milk
    • 1/4 teaspoon of salt

    • 1/2 kilogram (about 1 lb) of Velveeta cheese, cubed
    • 1/4 cup of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    • 1 pound of smoked sausage, skinless
    • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
